Essex Soup Event – Birketts LLP – 26.4.23

What a fabulous evening!

Ending Life’s Taboo, along with Maldon Food Pantry, RAMA and Kings Money Advice Centre were invited to speak about their charitable work at the Essex Soup Event hosted by Birketts LLP. The four charities were suggested by Essex Community Foundation.

The attendees (approx 80) received a wonderful meal at the beautiful Hylands House, Chelmsford. During the evening all four charities had the opportunity to be interviewed on stage, separately by Grace Kerr and Raf Ruiz of Birketts LLP. It was then over to the attendees to vote for each charity with the winner receiving approximately £2,000 and the other charities £1,000 each.

Tracy Davies, Founder and Trustee, Ending Life’s Taboo, was blown away to be chosen as the winner at the end of the night.

Ending Life’s Taboo received £2,200 from Birketts LLP. An amazing amount of money giving up to 8 weeks of counselling for our clients.
